Last night was the first time I really looked at my foot since I bruised my ankle, and oh my god it’s so bruised! Half of the top of my foot is yellow, there’s a bruise under my ankle, around where my toes start, where my foot connects with my leg, and then some green ones up on my leg above my ankle. So I just tightened my air cast because it was kind of loose around my actual foot and I discovered that with the cast tightened, I can actually walk and put weight on my ankle without it hurting!
